IDVA Kicks Off School Year with Harvest Events

Students attending Idaho Virtual Academy (IDVA) may primarily interact with one another through their virtual classrooms, but also routinely gather face-to-face for community service projects and social outings.

Such was the case on Friday, October 12, when IDVA hosted “Harvest Events” across the state. Families enjoyed a fun-filled day of fall activities and bonding with fellow students.

With an increasing number of Idaho families seeking educational settings that suit their kids’ individual needs, online school is a popular alternative to the traditional school setting. An accredited full-time online public charter school, IDVA provides students in kindergarten through 12th grade across the state with a personalized-learning experience using the K12 curriculum.
